A personal trainer can help you dramatically improve your physical results. Once we have assessed your current fitness level, lifestyle and aims, we will design a programme tailored to your goals and targets and then help you achieve them.

We offer 1:1 personal training, paired personal training, and online personal training.

This ensures the agreed goals are:
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time orientated

Using tried and tested techniques, our knowledge and experience, we will motivate and coach you to reach your goals. Using biomechanical and fitness assessments at the start and throughout your training patterns, you will see how fast you are progressing toward these goals!


Before starting any of our personal training plans you must have a consultation with one of our trainers at a cost of £25.
This will allow us to undertake a comprehensive interview and fitness assessment in order to understand your goals and create a unique, tailored plan.

Personal training sessions are subject to availability of trainers between the hours of 6:15am and 8pm. Please contact us for more detailed information.



Our personal training sessions are held at St. Mary’s Church on Purley Oaks Road in Sanderstead, South Croydon.

Our location is fully equipped with all the kit and equipment we need to ensure you get a customised, functional, effective session in a private environment.
