Formed in 2011, Corpus Health+Fitness has a simple ethos of wanting to make people fitter, stronger, happier and healthier.
We pride ourselves on offering a positive, encouraging, supportive and fun fitness environment where we help clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
Whether you come to us for group classes, personal training, nutritional advice or general wellness, we work with you to help you develop your goals and improve your quality of life.

Who we are
Corpus Health+Fitness trainers and staff are fully qualified and insured with REPS. We all have a passion for sharing knowledge, skills and enthusiasm in helping our clients improve and progress.
We aim to help you become the best you possible and to do so in a comfortable, welcoming, encouraging and happy environment. You will be challenged though! We will help you push yourselves in order to improve and develop (but we do it in a happy and fun way!)
Jill started as a client with Corpus Health+Fitness and loved it so much that she trained to become a qualified PT and class instructor and is now a key member of the training team. Her favourite participation class is ‘Core Power’ and her favourite class to teach is ‘Suspension’. Don’t be fooled by her pleasant demeanour and smile – she is a taskmaster extraordinaire!
Ben is a founding member of Corpus Health+Fitness and the senior trainer. It is his warped sense of fun and humour which results in the timetable and challenges. Ben also works as a tutor and assessor, training new PTs for the future – a scary thought for some! His favourite participation class is “all of them!” and his favourite class to teach is “all of them”! Key tip – never mention liking burpees!
Events & Socials
Corpus Health+Fitness is not just a business, we see ourselves as a positive and friendly fitness community. We compete as teams in multiple organised events, provide internal challenges and hold a number of fun socials (no lycra at these!) each year. To date we have also raised over £6k for charity via our challenges and events.
Each year we like to enter teams into various races and events, such as swimming challenges, 10k runs or bike rides. These are great tests of fitness and great fun.
We love to enter exciting and crazy challenges each year. One of our favourites is the Reebok Spartan Race – variable distance obstacle courses – where we get the opportunity to work together as a team to complete the course. These events are great fitness and great fun.
Each year we hold social events as a chance to dress up and party in style with a group of fab, happy and healthy people. In the past we have had summer parties, christmas parties and spring socials!
